Once instructed to carry out a Survey we ensure our clients are provided with a jargon free easy to understand comprehensive report.
When the Survey is complete and has been fully digested we offer to talk through the survey in depth to ensure you know what to do next, if subsequent specialist reports, quotes, further house information or legal information are produced and sent to us for consideration we will inspect any further information and comment were helpful, we do not charge extra for these services as we deem it important as part of our ethos to help you through the buying process.

Research by ComRes for RICS found that, on average, homebuyers spend £5,750 on repairs once they have moved into a new home. For many homebuyers, these costs will be much higher.
Some of the costs of these repairs could have been avoided, or factored into price negotiations, if a RICS survey had been undertaken to inform the buyers of the actual condition of the property.
